Planlined, formerly BART, is benefit analysis software that takes whatever a carrier sends a broker (PDFs, spreadsheets, quotes, invoices) and turns it into one comparison table, a designed proposal book, and an employee-facing enrollment guide.
Why Planlined exists
Brokers spend renewal season re-keying carrier quotes into spreadsheets, rebuilding the same comparison decks, and reconciling invoices by hand. Planlined exists to remove that re-keying: parse the documents once, keep plans and cases in a library, model contributions and what-if scenarios, and export branded deliverables from the same data.
Who Planlined is for
Employee-benefits brokers, brokerages and agency teams working the US group market: small group, large group, level-funded and PEO. Medical, dental, vision, life, disability and payroll lines are all handled in one case.
How our guides are written
- Product guides are written by the Planlined team against the shipped product, with screenshots from the live app.
- Industry explainers (level-funded plans, ERISA, ACA affordability, PEO comparisons) start from the questions brokers bring to us and are checked against the primary regulations and carrier documents they cite.
- Every article carries a visible publish date and is revised when the product or the rules change.
- We do not publish content we would not hand to a client ourselves.
